  This is pizza's answer to subways customization superiority. How could you go wrong with fresh toppings piled upon a premade crust? You cant! You can create endless combinations with the presented variety of sauces and toppings. Prices are very affordable, you pay for the crust (largest is two 11 in. Crusts with sauce and cheese in between). I love the wood fire taste, the ability to customize to fit my personal taste and the freshness of the ingredients. In my personal opinion their only flaw is the crust, it is thin and doesn't really fit the "perfect pizza crust" model. I also think they could add more topping choices...i think shrimp would be an amazing addition along with capers. I know shrimp on pizza? It seems weird but it is a fantastic topping! Again this place is a good cheap and fun place to eat. Also grab a fountain drink...they have a great selection of unique flavored teas and lemonades!

  Upstart chain restaurant with really great staff at this location. Seriously, hard to find folks at places like this that genuinely seem to be enjoying their work. Build your own pie for $7ish is really hard to beat. Gluten free crust option, melty vegan cheese option, and top notch toppings would bring our family back again and again at double the price.
