  Today my husband and I came here for lunch and didn't receive the greatest customer service. My husband ordered a combination called the cashew shrimp. he didn't realize that it came with all the vegetables loaded on top.Things like zucchini carrots and celery, all things he will not eat. when he told the waitress he wanted to have something else she told him to PICK AROUND THE VEGETABLES! She also said she would show us in the menu where it said it comes with the vegetables. So she grabbed the menu to show us just to realize it did not say that! she literally brought him a extra plate of cashews and a bowel of extra rice.(no exta shrimp) not even an offer - were not the type to complain or make a big fus but we paid 12$ for a plate of food that he only got a few pieces of shrimp and some rice. We will be eating at Zhens from now on. terrible customer service skills.
