  Called one morning to inquire about my child's glasses was told their shipment had not came in yet but would let me know as soon as glasses did. Received a phone call later that afternoon so i told them we would be in most likely the next day. Went in the next day after I pulled my child out of school and was told my sons glasses had not come in yet and that I had never received a phone call. I'm not sure how I fake a phone call from a business saying my sons glasses are in seeing as this business is in my phone. We were not happy. Left that day and not even 3 hours later got a call saying my sons glasses were in. Went in on Saturday they had ordered the wrong pair and the frames were broken. People in St. Helens ask why people don't keep their business local this service is exactly why. We will be taking our business back to Walmart where we have a great warranty ( these guys said they did but didn't bother to explain it to us till after paperwork was already out through OUR BAD), we have never had a problem with Walmarts service, but wanted to give a local company a chance. Wrong choice!
